abstract | The invention discloses a high-flexibility plastic-steel inner shield for protective packaging of steel coils. In parts by weight, the raw material composition comprises: 100 parts of PET polyester, 5-25 parts of a toughening agent, and 0.1-2 parts of a chain extender. 0.5-1.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 parts of anti-hydrolysis agent; in addition, the present invention also discloses a method for preparing the above-mentioned inner shield, comprising the following steps: 1) drying the PET polyester; 2) Put the dried PET polyester, toughening agent, and anti-hydrolysis agent into a high-speed mixer to mix, then add a chain extender, and finally add an antioxidant, and stir at a low speed for 5 to 7 minutes at room temperature until the raw materials are evenly mixed. 3) The mixed material is released and added to the feeding tank of the twin-screw extruder, and is melted and extruded by the twin-screw extruder under vacuum conditions. The inner guard plate obtained by the invention has good mechanical and mechanical properties, and the product has good rigidity and good flexibility, and can meet the use requirements of the inner guard plate of the steel coil package. |
