titleOfInvention | Low-odor glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material |
abstract | The invention relates to a low-odor glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 9-94.7% of polypropylene resin; 5.0 to 60 percent of glass fiber; 0.1 to 10 percent of compatilizer; 0.1-10% of odor inhibitor; 0.1 to 10 percent of other auxiliary agents; the glass fiber is alkali-free glass fiber with the diameter of 10-20 μm; the compatilizer is unsaturated acid or unsaturated anhydride grafted polypropylene; the odor inhibitor is unsaturated silane grafted polypropylene; the other auxiliary agents are one or more of an antioxidant, a lubricant, a molecular weight regulator, a nucleating agent and a light stabilizer. The composite material can effectively improve the odor of the composite material by adding the odor inhibitor, and simultaneously, the mechanical property of the composite material is basically not influenced. |
