titleOfInvention Method for preparing hyaluronic acid-based conductive film material by enzyme method
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a hyaluronic acid-based conductive film material by an enzyme method, which modifies hyaluronic acid molecules by tyramine, increases the number of phenolic hydroxyl groups in the hyaluronic acid molecules, and improves the reactivity of the hyaluronic acid; then, laccase is used for catalyzing, oxidizing and modifying the intermolecular crosslinking of the hyaluronic acid and polymerizing pyrrole to prepare the hyaluronic acid-based conductive film material. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) grafting tyramine on the surface of a hyaluronic acid molecule; (2) laccase catalyses the cross-linking of hyaluronic acid and the polymerisation with pyrrole. Compared with the hyaluronic acid-based conductive film material prepared by a blending method or a chemical initiation method, the method has the advantages of high enzyme catalysis efficiency, mild reaction conditions and obvious improvement on the mechanical property and the conductive performance of the film material.
