titleOfInvention Preparation method of glass bead/resin composite material with ultralow dielectric constant
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultralow dielectric constant glass bead/resin composite material, which comprises the following steps: putting a powdery resin monomer into a mold, and placing a glass bead framework above the resin monomer; and (2) putting the mold into a vacuum drying oven, vacuumizing to below 10Pa, heating to 100-130 ℃, melting the resin monomer, and infiltrating into the open pores of the glass bead skeleton under the action of capillary force. According to the invention, the glass bead slurry with stable dispersion is obtained by adding the thickening agent into the glass bead slurry, and then the glass bead skeleton is prepared by gel casting and sintering. Meanwhile, a vacuum-assisted impregnation method is adopted to impregnate the resin monomer into the porous framework, so that glass beads are prevented from being layered, the stability is improved, and the glass bead/resin composite material with the ultralow dielectric constant is obtained.
