titleOfInvention A method for preparing lignin oligomers by selective reductive degradation
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing lignin oligomers by selective reduction and degradation. The method uses nano-ZrO 2 supported Pt (Pt/ZrO 2 ) as the main catalyst and Lewis acid as the co-catalyst, and degrades lignin by hydrogen reduction in an alcohol/water medium to prepare lignin oligomers with high phenolic hydroxyl group content. The method of the invention is simple and convenient, the lignin degradation reaction process is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and the Pt/ZrO 2 -Lewis acid composite catalytic system has high catalytic activity, good lignin degradation reaction selectivity and high conversion rate (the highest phenolic hydroxyl value of the degradation product accounts for the total 97.5% of hydroxyl value, 94.3% of yield), etc., can effectively inhibit the formation of solid residues during the degradation reaction, and the prepared lignin oligomers can replace traditional fossil resources in the synthesis of bio-based epoxy resins, phenolic resins, polyurethanes and other environmentally compatible green polymer materials.
