Application of sea cucumber phospholipids in the preparation of drugs for preventing and treating diabetes and its complicated depression |
abstract |
The invention provides the application of the sea cucumber phospholipid in the preparation of medicines for preventing and treating diabetes and its complicated depression. The present invention finds through experiments that the addition of sea cucumber phospholipids can improve the symptoms of diabetes and related depression-like behaviors in animals. Compared with the control group, the tissue glucose, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the model group were significantly increased (all P<0.05), and the tissue triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were also significantly increased. , while the sea cucumber phospholipid treatment group can significantly improve the above abnormal indicators in the model group, suggesting that sea cucumber phospholipids can improve diabetes and its concurrent depression. |
