Extruded depot dosage forms for sustained release of active ingredients |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an extruded depot dosage form for the sustained release of active ingredients, comprising at least one active ingredient, at least two compounds from a lipase-degradable class of substances, wherein the at least two compounds comprise low-melting compounds and high melting point compounds, and wherein the ratio of low melting point compounds to high melting point compounds is in the range of 1:9 to 9:1, and if necessary at least one auxiliary material for adjusting the release of the active ingredient, where b) or if necessary b) and c) comprise at least 60% by weight of the dry weight of the depot dosage form. |
