titleOfInvention | Method for preparing solid-state lithium ion battery through photocuring 3D printing |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium ion battery preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a solid lithium ion battery through photocuring 3D printing. According to the method, an inorganic oxide active nano filler with high lithium ion conductivity and positive and negative electrode active materials are compounded with a photosensitive polymer network matrix with a semi-interpenetrating structure respectively to obtain a composite solid electrolyte with proper rheological property and photosensitive property and positive and negative electrode paste materials, and the integrated 3D printing of the solid lithium ion battery is realized by adopting a photocuring 3D printing technology without post-treatment procedures such as degreasing, sintering and the like. The technology can effectively reduce the production cost and the process period, the prepared battery has good mechanical property, particularly, the solid electrolyte and the electrode adopt the same photosensitive polymer network as the matrix, the solidified electrode/electrolyte interface has good compatibility, and the interface resistance can be effectively reduced so as to solve the interface compatibility and the process compatibility among the anode, the cathode and the solid electrolyte material. |
