titleOfInvention | Urine protein marker related to glioblastoma and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a urine protein marker related to glioblastoma and application thereof. Specifically, the expression of the T-complex protein 1 subunit and adenylate kinase 2 in urine of glioblastoma patients is reduced relative to normal healthy human controls. Therefore, the reagent for identifying the urine protein marker related to the glioblastoma can be used for preparing products for diagnosis and/or prognosis of the glioblastoma, and the reagent for identifying is one or two of the following mass spectrum identification reagents: an agent for identifying a T-complex protein 1 subunit and a tag peptide of adenylate kinase 2; the product is preferably used for early diagnosis of glioblastoma. |
