titleOfInvention High-antibacterial natural-color bamboo fiber kitchen paper and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses high-antibacterial natural-color bamboo fiber kitchen paper and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, washing the bamboo chips with water to remove impurities and dewater the bamboo chips for later use; s2, cooking by an alkaline method; s3, bamboo joints and thick fiber bundles in the cooked slurry are screened out and washed by hot water in a countercurrent mode; s4, concentrating the obtained natural color bamboo pulp fiber by a filter press, grinding the natural color bamboo pulp fiber into thick liquid at high concentration, and grinding the natural color bamboo pulp fiber into thick liquid at low concentration to obtain paper pulp; s5, diluting paper pulp, desanding, forming, dehydrating, drying, wrinkling and coiling to form base paper; and cutting and packaging the S6 base paper. The high-antibacterial natural-color bamboo fiber kitchen paper disclosed by the invention adopts a sulfur-free cooking process, does not have an oxygen removal link which is general in the industry, does not undergo chlorine-containing bleaching treatment, is green and environment-friendly in production process, retains the properties of bamboo raw materials to the maximum extent, has light bamboo fragrance, and has natural antibacterial effect due to bamboo quinone contained in pulp.
