The main points of the technical solution include the following steps: S1 acid treatment: immersing polyester base cloth in acid treatment solution, the temperature is 70-80 DEG C, the treatment time is 15-20min, and then at 90 ‑95℃ vacuum drying; S2 alkali treatment: immerse the polyester base fabric after S1 acid treatment in an alkali treatment solution, the temperature is 75‑85℃, and the treatment time is 30‑40min. Heavy; S3 hydrophilic modification: immerse the polyester base fabric after S2 alkali treatment in the modification solution, the temperature is 25-35 ℃, the treatment time is 80-100min, and the pre-drying after the treatment is completed, and then the temperature is 130-140 ℃. Baking for 2-3min, followed by washing and drying, the modified liquid comprises 5-7% silk fibroin; S4 is dipping; S5 is solidified. The polyester base fabric is treated with silk fibroin before being impregnated with PU, so that the formed PU coating has good adhesion, is not easy to peel off, and has a long service life. |
