The present invention relates to the recovery treatment method of the filter medium of HW49, in particular to a method for the recovery and reuse of waste copper and nickel waste water filter medium, including multiple steps such as crushing, pickling, alkali washing, water washing, etc. The separated PP cotton thread is passed through 3M mixed acid and dilute sulfuric acid to dissolve the copper ions, nickel ions, iron ions and zinc ions in the PP cotton thread. After washing, PP cotton threads with a value higher than ordinary PP plastic flakes can be obtained, which can be put into use again. This invention uses wet treatment for the first time to treat waste filter media, opening up a new way of recycling waste PP cotton thread resources. |
