titleOfInvention | Method for preparing (S) -3-phenyl-1, 2-epoxypropane and derivatives thereof by using biological enzyme catalysis |
abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing (S) -3-phenyl-1, 2-epoxypropane and derivatives thereof by using biological enzyme catalysis, which belongs to the technical field of compound synthesis and comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing an HhAPL gene, and inserting the HhAPL gene into a multiple cloning site of a pET24(a) vector to obtain an expression vector pET-Apl; 2) transferring the expression vector pET-Apl into escherichia coli to obtain a recombinant cell for expressing the HhAPL gene; 3) preparing the recombinant cells into a bacterial suspension of 50-200 g/L by using a buffer solution; 4) and mixing the bacterial suspension, the substrate auxiliary solvent and the substrate to obtain a reaction system, and reacting to obtain a target product. The bio-enzyme used in the method of the invention catalyzes the asymmetric epoxidation of olefin to have higher enantioselectivity and catalytic reaction activity. |
