abstract The invention discloses a high heat-resistant solvent-resistant polycarbonate composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein PBT is added into polycarbonate to form a PC/PBT alloy, and meanwhile, specific high-temperature-resistant resin and a specific compatilizer are used in cooperation with the PC/PBT alloy, wherein the PBT with proper content can improve the solvent resistance of a PC material; the high-temperature-resistant resin with proper content can make up the deterioration of the heat resistance of PC caused by adding PBT, so that the heat resistance of the PC/PBT alloy can be equivalent to that of a pure PC material; meanwhile, the selected specific compatilizer improves the toughness of the composition and simultaneously further improves the solvent resistance of the material, and the PC/PBT composite material still has higher heat resistance temperature. The preparation method is simple and safe to operate, and the prepared PC/PBT composite material has excellent solvent resistance, heat resistance and toughness, and is particularly suitable for occasions with higher requirements on use environments.
