titleOfInvention A kind of production process of high-strength self-gelling system natural latex sponge sheet
abstract A production process of a high-strength self-gelling system natural latex sponge sheet. Involved in the latex industry. The invention uses natural latex as the raw material of the self-gelling system latex sponge for the first time, which is more natural and environmentally friendly and has a higher market acceptance. By setting the aging time, the vulcanization assistant can penetrate into the rubber particles to achieve a certain degree of vulcanization, and at the same time improve the stability of post-processing; the use of polysiloxane as a foam stabilizer can support the foam to avoid slumping and pores. Coarseness, cracking and other undesirable phenomena occur, and the obtained latex sponge foam has a fine structure and a soft hand; adding modified soybean lecithin into the natural latex improves the mechanical stability of the natural latex, thereby improving its processing stability. Through hot water vulcanization, the latex sponge can be better vulcanized, so as to achieve more superior performance, and avoid the problem that the natural latex sponge is easy to yellow when drying at high temperature.
