abstract | The invention discloses a poly-fatty-enamide-modified adamantane and a preparation method thereof. The hydrogens on the four bridge carbons in the adamantane molecule are replaced by poly-fatty-enamide functional groups, and the preparation steps include the following steps: preparing 1, 3, 5, 7-tetramethylaminoadamantane; preparation of fatty alkene acylated adamantane; preparation of polyfatty alkene amide modified adamantane. The invention also discloses a corrosion-resistant and drag-reducing paint and a preparation method thereof, which are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of polyaliphatic enamide modified adamantane, 5-15 parts of toluene diisocyanate polyurea , 10-28 parts of hydrophobically associated polyacrylamide, and 25-60 parts of solvent; it can also include 10-35 parts of zirconia sol and/or 5-35 parts of silica sol. The invention solves the technical problem that the prior art is difficult to take into account the corrosion resistance and drag reduction property of the coating, and can be directly combined with the substrate by brushing, spraying, dipping and other processes, and the construction is convenient; no special high-grade physical equipment is required to carry out preparation, reducing costs. |
