abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing a porous geopolymer by using water-soluble inorganic salt, which comprises the following steps: preparing an alkali activator solution; mixing an alkali activator and an inorganic mineral raw material by mechanical stirring to prepare geopolymer slurry; adding water-soluble inorganic salt into the geopolymer slurry, and curing for 4 hours to 28 days at room temperature or in an environment of 20 to 90 ℃ to obtain a geopolymer; putting the prepared geopolymer into hot water, removing water-soluble inorganic salt by using a high-temperature aqueous solution, and drying to obtain a porous geopolymer; the geopolymer is prepared by taking the alkaline activator and the inorganic mineral raw materials as main raw materials, adding the water-soluble inorganic salt, simply maintaining and removing the water-soluble inorganic salt through an aqueous solution, and the porous geopolymer prepared by the method has a highly communicated pore structure and high mechanical properties. |
