abstract |
The invention discloses a silver halide-biotite composite photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. In the method, the biotite is etched and stripped by alkali etching to obtain porous biotite nanosheets, and then silver halide and biotite are deposited and compounded in a chemical bath to obtain a silver halide-biotite composite photocatalyst. The invention adopts chemical peeling, and the biotite etched under alkaline conditions has a microporous structure, which increases its specific surface area and active sites, while retaining most of the metal ions and improving the electrical conductivity. The silver halide-biotite composite photocatalyst of the present invention is used for photocatalytic degradation of 10 mg/L rhodamine B, and exhibits excellent catalytic performance, and the degradation rate reaches more than 85% in 90 min. |
