titleOfInvention | Method for establishing spleen deficiency and dampness retention type simple obesity animal model |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for establishing a spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type simple obesity animal model, which comprises S1, purchasing a male SD strain rat with a healthy and clean grade and a weight of 180-220 g; s2: adaptive feeding: feeding purchased healthy mice with a common feed and a high-fat feed for 1 week, and calculating the food intake per gram of body weight; then adaptively feeding the chicken with high fat feed for 1 week on the basis of the food intake of more than or equal to per gram of body weight; s3, establishing a spleen deficiency and dampness resistance obesity model, respectively measuring the single weight of each mouse after the selected mice are fed for 8-11 weeks in an environment with the temperature of 22-28 ℃ and the air humidity of 40-50% according to a certain mode, and selecting the mice with the weight of more than or equal to 500 g; and S4, judging the selected mice according to a certain index score and selecting the spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type simple obese animal model successfully modeled. The modeling method provided by the invention obtains an animal model of spleen deficiency and dampness retention type simple obesity similar to human diseases, and is used for reference for treating spleen deficiency and dampness retention type simple obesity. |
