abstract The invention discloses a lead-tin blended perovskite layer and a preparation method and application thereof. The lead-tin blended perovskite layer is prepared by adding a stabilizer to a lead-tin blended perovskite precursor solution. The stabilizer is a metal reducing agent. The invention effectively suppresses the oxidation of divalent tin ions in the lead-tin blended perovskite precursor solution by adding reducing metal powder to the perovskite precursor solution, and improves the quality of the lead-tin blended perovskite layer , reducing the density of defect states, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.
