The invention introduces the nano titanium dioxide into a photoelectrochemical sensing system, and the particles have good biocompatibility and stronger stability. The photoelectric immunosensor provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation process for determining silk fibroin, no need of special experimental conditions, simple instrument requirements and good application prospect in the field of cultural relic identification. |
