abstract The invention discloses N1, N3 substituted 4,5-diarylimidazole ring carbene rhodium complexes modified by specific groups, a preparation method and application thereof. Described rhodium complex structure is as shown in II: Wherein, R 1 is selected from halogen, C1-4 alkoxy or aryl, R 2 is selected from C1-4 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl, wherein the substituent is selected from aromatic ring or C3-4 6 cycloalkyl. In vivo experiments show that the rhodium complex provided by the invention can inhibit tumor growth by 45% at a dose of 10 mg·kg -1 , and has strong tumor growth inhibitory ability and high safety. It has a good application prospect in the development of new non-platinum efficient anticancer drugs.
