The preparation method of the fully-substituted propylene cyanide compound provided by the invention realizes intermolecular acid catalysis cyanidation reaction for the first time, wherein the cyanidation reagent can realize the cyanidation reaction of various electron-rich alkynes, and has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and specific selectivity. |
