titleOfInvention A method for preparing functional oil by exchanging heavy-phase rice bran oil after freezing and separation with conjugated linoleate
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing functional oil by exchanging heavy-phase rice bran oil after freezing and separation with conjugated linoleic acid ester. In the method, white clay is used as a crystallizing agent, and the saturated fatty acids of rice bran oil are enriched by gradient freezing and centrifugation. High value of rice bran. With the increase of the degree of unsaturation, the thermal stability of the unsaturated fatty acid complexes will gradually decrease. Coupled with the influence of factors such as crystallization temperature and conditions, the separation and enrichment of different structural components in mixed fatty acids can be achieved. The technological conditions for the fractionation of rice bran oil by gradient freezing and centrifugation were selected, and the results showed that the best conditions for preparing functional oils were as follows: the addition of lipase was 9%, the reaction temperature was 60°C and the reaction time was 24h. The obtained oils were rich in phytosterol, oryzanol and Tocopherol, CLA esterification rate 38%.
