titleOfInvention | A novel fluorescent probe, its preparation method, and its application in detecting alkaline orange in soy products |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel fluorescent probe, a preparation method thereof, and an application of detecting alkaline orange in soybean products. The preparation method is as follows: take diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, acetic anhydride and pyridine and stir and reflux at 65°C for 24h. Cool, filter under reduced pressure, wash and dry. The obtained diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride was reacted with cytosine, triethylamine was used as an acid absorber, and dimethylformamide was used as a solvent, and the mixture was stirred and refluxed at 100° C. for 24 hours. Cooling, rotary evaporation, washing and drying to obtain the ligand Dtpa-bis (cytosine) white powder. Then, it was heated and stirred with Eu(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O at 100° C. for 1 h to obtain the target product Eu Ш ‑dtpa‑bis (cytosine). The present invention adopts the above-mentioned fluorescent probe to detect basic orange by fluorescence spectroscopy. The method of the invention is simple and novel, has low cost and high efficiency, and can be applied to actual samples. |
