abstract | the invention discloses a preparation method for extracting geniposide from gardenia, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) crushing the dried gardenia raw material, sieving the crushed gardenia raw material by a sieve with 20-60 meshes, and collecting coarse powder for later use; 2) enzymolysis: weighing a certain amount of coarse powder, and adding the coarse powder into the mixture according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 3-5, 50-70% of ethanol, adding 0.1-0.3% of biological enzyme by weight of the coarse powder, and soaking and performing enzymolysis for 1-2 hours at the pH value of 5 and the temperature of 40-50 ℃; 3) leaching the enzymatic hydrolysate in a constant temperature water bath at 70 deg.C for 90-120min, and concentrating; 4) passing the obtained concentrated solution through a macroporous adsorption resin column, eluting with 2-5 times of column volume of distilled water, eluting with 60-80% ethanol, and collecting ethanol eluate; 5) recovering the reagent, and vacuum drying to obtain the geniposide. The geniposide prepared by the invention has high purity and good quality. |
