abstract | The invention discloses a cocoon-like C@NiCo 2 O 4 composite material, which uses cobalt nitrate, nickel nitrate, urea and PVP as raw materials, uses DMF as a solvent, and obtains a Co-C precursor through electrostatic spinning method solidification, and then Vigorously stirred oil bath method in the system. In the obtained material, the carbon element exists in the carbon fiber structure with a diameter of 0.5-1 micron, which acts as the core of the cocoon; NiCo 2 O 4 acts as the outer structure of the cocoon, which is coated on the surface of the carbon fiber to form a cocoon-like C@NiCo 2 O 4 composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of electrospinning stock solution; 2) preparation of Co-C precursor by electrospinning method; 3) preparation of cocoon-like C@NiCo 2 O 4 composite material by vigorous stirring oil bath method. As an electrode material for supercapacitors, it can be charged and discharged in the range of 0.1-0.4V. When the discharge current density is 1 A/g, the specific capacitance is 1900-2000F/g. The vigorously stirred oil bath method of the present invention has the characteristics of simple operation, short time consumption, convenience and no danger; good raw material compatibility, low toxicity, mild preparation conditions, and broad application prospects in the field of supercapacitors. |
