abstract | The invention provides a polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane which comprises a supporting layer, wherein a crosslinked polyamide layer is arranged on the supporting layer, and a hydrophilic polymer is arranged on the crosslinked polyamide layer by a grafting method. The polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane is characterized in that a hydrophilic polymer is arranged on a crosslinked polyamide layer by a grafting method, so that the composite reverse osmosis membrane which is hydrophilic, high in flux and strong in pollution resistance is formed; hydrophilic polymer molecules in the hydrophilic polymer are connected with polyamide molecules in the cross-linked polyamide layer through covalent bonds, and the membranes are good in stability and not easy to dissolve or fall off. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane, which has the advantages of simple manufacturing process steps, easy control of process parameters and suitability for industrial production. |
