abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for extracting total flavonoids from cattail pollen, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) grinding dried pollen Typhae leaf into coarse powder; 2) taking the coarse powder, adding 100ml of absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment for 3 times with the power of 90-180 w, performing 2 hours each time, combining extracting solutions, and recovering the ethyl alcohol to obtain a cattail pollen extract; 3) extraction: adding a proper amount of distilled water into the cattail pollen extract, uniformly stirring, adding the cattail pollen extract into a chromatographic column, adjusting the flow rate to be 8ml/min, washing the cattail pollen extract with distilled water to remove impurities, and desorbing the cattail pollen extract by using 30-60% ethanol as a mobile phase; 4) recovering ethanol to obtain total flavone extract, and vacuum drying to obtain total flavone. The total flavone prepared by the method has high product purity, good quality, simple and easy process method, and is suitable for industrial production. |
