abstract |
The invention discloses a perovskite solar cell, which comprises a conductive substrate, an electron transport layer, a perovskite layer, a hole transport layer and a metal electrode which are stacked sequentially from bottom to top, and the electron transport layer is GaAs nanoparticle functionalized. Titanium dioxide thin film; wherein, the GaAs nanoparticle functionalized titanium dioxide thin film is obtained by chemical bath deposition and annealing treatment of GaAs nanoparticle colloidal aqueous solution and TiCl4 precursor solution. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the above perovskite solar cell. The electron mobility and conductivity of the GaAs nanoparticle-functionalized electron transport layer prepared by the invention are obviously improved, the hysteresis caused by the unbalanced electron and hole transport capability is eliminated, and the preparation of efficient and stable Perovskite solar cells have extremely high commercial application prospects. |
