abstract |
The present disclosure provides a coil assembly. The coil assembly includes: a main body having a first surface and a second surface facing away from each other in a thickness direction of the main body and including a core formed in the thickness direction; a coil portion embedded in the main body and including at least one turn around the core; an insulating layer disposed on the first surface of the main body; a bonding conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer, and a portion of the bonding conductive layer in contact with the insulating layer a surface roughness of a first surface is greater than a surface roughness of a second surface of the bonding conductive layer opposite to the first surface of the bonding conductive layer; and an external electrode connected to the coil portion and covering the bonding conductive layer. |
