titleOfInvention | Method for high-throughput screening of active composition for skin care products |
abstract | The invention provides a method for high-throughput screening of active compositions for skin care products, which comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a plurality of polypeptide compositions using two or more polypeptides, or obtaining a plurality of cell culture supernatants by culturing cells; and (2) contacting the polypeptide composition or the cell culture supernatant with an in vitro screening model cell for skin care products, and detecting the activity change of the in vitro screening model cell for skin care products, wherein whether the polypeptide composition or the cell culture supernatant can be used as the active composition for skin care products is determined by the activity change of the in vitro screening model cell for skin care products. The method provided by the invention can screen out the optimal polypeptide factor combination according to different skin care problems by constructing extremely diversified libraries to be screened, so that the method is rationally applied to skin care products. |
