A metabolic marker for distinguishing white yew and taxus yunnanensis and its detection method |
abstract |
The invention discloses a metabolic marker for distinguishing white yew and yunnan yew and a detection method thereof. Application of paclitaxel C as a metabolic marker for the identification of white yew and taxus yunnanensis. The mass content of paclitaxel C in white yew was 3-5 times that of yew in Yunnan. The present invention can be used for samples collected in the field without cryopreservation, and the collected samples can be used for extraction and detection of metabolic markers simply by drying and storing at room temperature. The biomass of the test sample required by the invention is less, only 25 mg, and the damage to the rare yew seedling to be identified is small. |
