abstract | The invention discloses a sprayable anti-sagging type silane modified polyether sealant and a preparation method thereof. The sprayable anti-sagging silane modified polyether sealant comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60-100 parts of silane-terminated polyether, 30-60 parts of reactive diluent, 40-60 parts of plasticizer, 120-200 parts of filler, 0.1-16 parts of pigment, 0.5-5 parts of ultraviolet absorber, 0.5-5 parts of light stabilizer, 1-12 parts of thixotropic agent, 1-10 parts of water removing agent, 1-10 parts of coupling agent and 0.1-5 parts of catalyst; the reactive diluent is a silane modified polyether. Also discloses a preparation method of the sealant. The silane modified polyether sealant disclosed by the invention has the advantages of the traditional polyurethane glue and organic silica gel, has excellent sprayability and high sag resistance, has high bonding strength, meets the requirements of efficient spraying construction capability and deformation resistance, can be shaped and attractive, and is wide in application. |
