abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a food freshness indicating type environment-friendly adhesive label, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 10-30 parts by weight of nano cellulose colloid, 60-80 parts by weight of starch colloid, 1 part by weight of glycerol, 0.2 part by weight of natural pigment and 0.8 part by weight of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring to prepare a film forming solution, and carrying out tape casting and drying to form a film, thereby obtaining a color development layer; (2) mixing and stirring 100 parts by weight of epoxy soybean oil acrylate, 10-30 parts by weight of silane coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of benzoyl peroxide, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of acetone and 10-30 parts by weight of hydrogenated rosin, coating the mixture on two sides of a glass paper containing silofen, and drying to obtain an adhesive layer; (3) and pressing and combining the color development layer and the adhesive layer to obtain the product.
