abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of single-component aqueous polyurethane emulsion application, and discloses a single-component aqueous polyurethane emulsion applied to pervious concrete surface layer finishing, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polysulfate glycol with the average molecular weight of 1000-3000, 40-50 parts of hydrogenated phenyl methane diisocyanate, 0.5-1 part of dibutyl tin dilaurate initiator, 7-10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 20-50 parts of diethylene glycol dimethyl ether hydrophilic solvent, 2-5 parts of dipropylene glycol end-capping agent, 4-8 parts of ethylenediamine salt forming agent, 180-250 parts of pure water, 30-40 parts of organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, 8-12 parts of water-based color paste, 2-3 parts of defoaming agent and 3-7 parts of flatting agent. The invention solves the technical problems that when the water-based polyurethane emulsion in the prior art is applied to a pervious concrete surface layer, the surface layer has poor flexibility and transparency and the surface layer has a back-adhesion effect because the water-based polyurethane emulsion does not have the finishing performance. |
