titleOfInvention Silicone rubber composite material for fused deposition 3D printing and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a silicon rubber composite material for fused deposition 3D printing and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses a silicon rubber composite material which can be used for a fused deposition 3D printing process, has adjustable hardness and a fatigue-resistant function and a preparation method thereof. In the composite material, 45.7-58.0 parts by mass of silicon rubber; 5.0-7.0 parts by mass of modified PVB; 20.0-28.0 parts by mass of white carbon black; 10.0-15.0 parts by mass of tricalcium phosphate; 2.0-5.0 parts by mass of EPDM graft; 0.5-1.2 parts by mass of aminosilane coupling agent; 0.5-1.0 mass part of cross-linking agent; the lubricant is 1.0-2.0 parts by mass. The compatibility of the silicon rubber, the bonding resin PVB and the inorganic reinforcing material is improved through blending and reactive compatibilization of the stretching rheological extruder, and the silicon rubber composite material is endowed with excellent mechanical property and fatigue resistance and adjustable hardness. The product of the invention is particularly suitable for the production of fused deposition 3D printed oral medical devices.
