titleOfInvention | A method for improving pultrusion formability of unsaturated polyester resin glass fiber reinforced plastic material |
abstract | The invention discloses a pultrusion molding method for improving unsaturated polyester resin glass fiber reinforced plastic material. The formula raw materials include: 100 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 0.5-2.1 parts of peroxide initiator, 4-10 parts of dicyclopentane alkene, cardanol, hyperbranched polyester polyacrylate prepolymerization mixture, 1-5 parts of mold release agent, 0.5-5 parts of thermoplastic resin, 5-40 parts of filler; its production method is composed of the above formula, adding unsaturated Polyester resin, initiator, mold release agent, thermoplastic resin, filler, and pre-reacted dicyclopentadiene, cardanol, hyperbranched polyester polyacrylate prepolymerized mixture, stir well in a mixer, add Glue groove, glass fiber yarn and mat pass through the glue groove, heat and solidify in the mold cavity at a temperature of 80℃-180℃, and under the action of traction, the profile products are continuously drawn out. Through the formation of a new unsaturated resin curing system, the rapid and high-quality preparation of FRP composites can be achieved. |
