The material comprises a material A and a material B, wherein the material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 54.94-100 parts of polyol, 0-45.06 parts of ethylene glycol phosphinate, 1 part of amine catalyst, 0.5 part of organic tin catalyst, 2 parts of water, 2 parts of foam stabilizer and 3 parts of triethanolamine; the material B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 126.3-150 parts of isocyanate, 0-8.82 parts of expandable graphite, 0-8.82 parts of phosphate and 0-8.82 parts of hypophosphite. The flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam material obtained by the invention integrates the condensed phase flame-retardant effect and the gas phase flame-retardant effect, has the advantages of low heat release, less released smoke and the like during combustion, has excellent flame-retardant performance, and can be used as a chemical inhibition material for preventing and controlling coal spontaneous combustion, a building heat insulation material and the like. |
