abstract | The invention provides a refining method of 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid, which comprises the following steps: adding the 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid crude product into water, uniformly dispersing, and adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 7.8-8.0 to obtain an alkali solution; adding sulfuric acid into the alkali dissolving solution, and adjusting the pH to 0.7-0.9 to obtain an acid dissolving solution; adding ammonia water into the acid solution, adjusting the pH to 7.8-8.0, and adding alcohol to obtain a to-be-crystallized solution; adding sulfuric acid into the solution to be crystallized under the condition of stirring at the temperature of 20-70 ℃, adjusting the pH to 3.8-4.0, and growing crystals for 6-60min to obtain the 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid product. The purity of the 7-ADCA prepared by the refining method provided by the invention can reach more than 99.91%, the yield is more than 87%, the content of delta-2-7-ADCA is less than 0.06%, and the method has a wide application prospect. |
