abstract | The invention relates to a method for synthesizing 2-quinolinone compounds. A benzyne precursor and a methacrylamide having a guiding group are used to carry out a carbon-hydrogen reaction under the combined action of a catalyst, an inorganic base, an additive, a solvent and an oxidant. The cyclization reaction is activated by the bond and the nitrogen-hydrogen bond to generate the core skeleton of the 2-quinolinone compound, and then the guiding group is removed to synthesize the 2-quinolinone compound. Compared with the prior art, the method of the present invention adopts cheap, easy-to-obtain and environment-friendly copper salt catalysis to obtain the 2-quinolinone compound, the reaction conditions are milder, the substrate applicability is wide, and the 2-quinolinone compound is catalyzed. Synthesis provides a new method with promising application prospects. |
