titleOfInvention | Desalination purification method of water-soluble chitosan derivative |
abstract | The invention discloses a desalination purification method of a water-soluble chitosan derivative, which comprises the following steps: washing the water-soluble chitosan derivative by using an ethanol solution, and washing off the salt in the product; centrifuging the mixed system, delivering the supernatant (containing a large amount of salt) to an anion-cation exchange column for anion-cation exchange, and delivering the solid phase to a stirring kettle for secondary washing; adding quicklime into the ethanol solution after the anion-cation exchange resin to remove most of water, sending the regenerated ethanol to a stirring kettle, adding proper water for secondary washing, repeating the process for multiple times until the conductivity of the supernatant is less than 100 mu s/cm, and by the combined process, the salt removal rate in the water-soluble chitosan derivative reaches more than 95%, the repeated utilization rate of the ethanol is improved, and the cost is greatly saved. |
