titleOfInvention Molybdenum dioxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene full-spectrum response photocatalyst and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of semiconductor photocatalysts, and particularly discloses a molybdenum dioxide/nitrogen doped reduced graphene full-spectrum response photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The full-spectrum response photocatalyst is a compound of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide loaded molybdenum dioxide, and the mass percentage of the loaded molybdenum dioxide is 90-99.9%. According to the invention, molybdate, graphene oxide, fuel, a combustion improver and the like are used as raw materials, a precursor is obtained through a solution combustion method, and then heat treatment is carried out in a reducing atmosphere, so as to prepare a novel photocatalyst with a full-spectrum photoresponse range, namely molybdenum dioxide/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO), wherein the adsorption of the photocatalyst is enhanced through the combination of the molybdenum dioxide and the nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, and the catalytic efficiency of the photocatalyst is further improved. The full-spectrum response photocatalyst removes organic dye through photocatalytic degradation under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, visible light and near infrared light, and has wide application prospect in the aspect of treating organic dye water pollution.
