abstract |
An apparatus and method are proposed for the continuous production of metal-based microporous structures with pore diameters ranging from 0.3 nm to 5.0 μm, formed from green parts with characteristic diffusion mass transfer dimensions of less than 1 mm by chemical reaction with a continuous gas stream without oxygen . The prepared microporous structure includes: i) a thin porous metal plate with a thickness of less than 200 μm and a pore size in the range of 0.1-5.0 μm; ii) a porous ceramic coating with a thickness of less than 40 μm on a porous metal-based support structure with a pore size in the range of 0.1 to 5 μm , the porcelain coating contains ceramic particles of 200 nm or smaller. |
