titleOfInvention | Temperature-controlled aggregation laser, preparation method and optical switch application |
abstract | The invention discloses a temperature-regulated aggregation laser, a preparation method and an optical switch application. The preparation method of the temperature-regulated focusing laser comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the gain material and the temperature-sensitive polymer in a solvent to form a mixed solution; (2) heating the mixed solution, wherein the temperature-sensitive polymer self-assembles to form polymer microspheres at the temperature higher than the critical phase transition temperature, and the luminescent functional group of the gain material in the mixed solution interacts with the temperature-sensitive polymer in the polymer microspheres to form an aggregation-state gain material; (3) the polymer microsphere is used as a whispering gallery mode microcavity, and the whispering gallery mode microcavity provides high-efficiency optical feedback for the aggregation-state gain material under the excitation of pump light, so that aggregation laser emission is realized. The preparation method of the temperature-regulated aggregation laser can achieve the purposes of low cost, controllable aggregation degree and reversible control of circulation and realize controllable optical switch application. |
