titleOfInvention Polylactic acid/paper hybrid chip for on-line monitoring dopamine release of nerve cells
abstract The invention discloses a polylactic acid/paper hybrid chip for on-line monitoring dopamine release of nerve cells. Based on the characteristics of precise layer-by-layer stacking, one-time forming and diversification of printing materials of 3D printing, the polylactic acid/paper hybrid chip is constructed by combining the advantages of wide source, convenience in carrying, environmental friendliness, low price and the like of the paper chip and is used for three-dimensional culture of nerve cells and establishment of an Alzheimer Disease (AD) cell model. The invention integrates the construction of an AD cell model and the intervention of donepezil, stem cell contact solution and bone marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) on the AD cell model on a polylactic acid/paper hybrid chip, and detects the dopamine release content of nerve cells by adopting an electrochemical analysis method, thereby realizing the on-line monitoring of normal adrenal pheochromocytoma cells (PC 12), AD model cells and the dopamine release of the AD model cells after the intervention.
