The invention belongs to the field of solid waste recovery, and particularly relates to a method for recovering waste metal sludge, which comprises the following steps: leaching metal elements: leaching metal elements in the waste metal sludge through acid dissolution, and then performing filter pressing to obtain filtrate and filter residue; step two, separation of metal elements: obtaining iron-chromium slag, a copper plate, zinc hydroxide, manganese hydroxide, cobalt hydroxide and nickel hydroxide through wet processing; step three, pyrogenic treatment of filter residues: and (4) carrying out pyrogenic treatment on the filter residue obtained in the first step and the ferrochrome slag obtained in the second step to obtain ferrochrome alloy and waste slag. The recovery method can efficiently separate elements such as iron, chromium, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, nickel and the like from the waste metal sludge, and the water granulated slag obtained by separation can also be used as a brick making material, so that the resource recycling is realized, and the scientific development of sustainable development is met; except that sintering flue gas is discharged from high altitude after dust removal and desulfurization in the whole treatment process, all waste liquid and waste residue can be recycled, and the method is favorable for environmental protection. |
