titleOfInvention | Molecular marker for detecting esophageal cancer cell migration and invasion capacity and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of tumor molecular biology, and particularly relates to a molecular marker for detecting esophageal cancer cell migration and invasion capacity and application thereof. The invention applies the modern molecular biology techniques of RT-PCR, q-PCR, Western Blot, scratch experiment, Transwell chamber model and the like. The RBCK1 gene targeted interference siRNA is successfully constructed, and the influence on the esophageal cancer cell migration capacity after the RBCK1 gene interference is studied at the cell level. The invention discovers that the RBCK1 gene expression is related to the migration capacity of the esophageal cancer cell line for the first time, and the migration capacity of the esophageal cancer cell line can reflect the possibility of metastasis of an esophageal cancer patient to a certain extent, thereby providing a new idea and a new scheme for the treatment of esophageal cancer. |
