titleOfInvention | Preservation solution for plasmids and pseudoviruses and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of clinical examination, and discloses a preservation solution for plasmids and pseudoviruses, application thereof and a method for preserving the plasmids or the pseudoviruses. The preservation solution is prepared by combining a preservative, salts, saccharides and a complexing agent on the basis of a HEPES buffer solution. The preservative solution can be used for stably preserving the calibrator and the quality control of the in-vitro diagnostic kit at the temperature of 2-8 ℃, does not need freeze thawing when in use, is convenient and fast to use, and avoids the condition that the calibrator and the quality control are unstable due to freeze thawing; in addition, the kit is stored at 2-8 ℃, so that the kit gets rid of the limitation of freezing conditions in the processes of use, transportation and storage, and the economic cost is greatly reduced. Experiments show that the preservation solution can stably preserve DNA pseudoviruses, RNA pseudoviruses and plasmids at 2-8 ℃ for at least 9 months. |
