abstract | The present invention relates to an enhanced tactile reactive and optically translucent packaging film. The present invention discloses a polymer composition suitable for blown film applications comprising: a)80 to 99.5 wt% of a continuous polymer phase comprising a polyolefin, and b)0.5 to 20 wt% of polymer particles having: i) an average particle diameter of 0.85 to 20 μm; ii) a refractive index of 1.46 to 1.61; iii)1.2367E +10N/m 2 To 8.4617E +10N/m 2 Average particle hardness of (a); and iv) at least 60% polymerized acrylic acid monomer units. The polymer composition can be used to form blown films. |
